2. Equipment Protection: Renters are responsible for any damage or misuse of the equipment during the rental period. Renters must have personal insurance policies and their insurance will be covering damages and liabilities. Equipment owners must have their own insurance as well to cover any needs that their renter’s insurance can't/won't cover. Equipment hosts have the right to include loss of use clauses in their rental agreements, which means that renters may be held financially responsible for any loss of income or business that the equipment host incurs as a result of the equipment being out of service.

3. Equipment Modification: Renters are not permitted to make any changes or modifications to the equipment without the prior written consent of the equipment host. Any unauthorized changes or modifications will be considered a breach of the rental agreement and may result in additional charges or termination of the rental.

4. Content Protection: Rentmysetup.com is not responsible for any content posted by users (renters or equipment owners) on this website.

5. Website Liability: In no way will Rentmysetup.com or the website owner be held liable for anything for any reason. Rentmysetup.com solely connects private equipment rentals to renters and is not responsible for the interaction with the equipment host, the condition of equipment, the claims of the equipment host, or the overall experience of the rental itself.
